Daphne for Bench
Home Scents Launch
First stop, DIMENSIONE Bonifacio High Street for the launch of Daphne Osena Paez’s home scents line. I was incredibly impressed to see that the whole second floor was converted into a beautiful events space–perfect for high tea with the ladies. We enjoyed madeleines and macarons while listening to Daphne talk about her two new “babies” which are both available in Dimensione–Her home scents line and also her Daphne furniture line.
Here I am totally fan-girling next to Daphne Osena Paez. When she said hi to me and called me by my first name I nearly died–but don’t worry, I kept my composure and played it cool! Hahaha. You see, I’ve been such a big fan of her TV shows and her BLOG for the longest time!!! This woman exudes so much class and sophistication. Her taste is impeccable.
Daphne shares: “The Daphne Home Scents for Bench come in three variants – Acres of Lavender, Homemade Lemon Tart and Mint Jasmine Infusion. I love all three. I hope you get to try them. Very, very affordable. They’re sold at P348 per bottle (introductory price!).” If you ask me, the Homemade Lemon Tart scent is the best!!! It smells like a dessert–ooohhhlalala!!! Each scent comes in a very pretty packaging and the bottle itself is very simple yet elegant. Even Patrick (who is your bonafide guy’s guy) found it attractive! And for Php348 a pop, it won’t hurt my wallet. It actually works as a nice unisex house warming gift for friends and relatives. For more details, you can visit Daphne’s blog.
I’m praying desperately that we get one of these Daphne chairs as a wedding gift!!!This would be so perfect for my little work station in our loft! I loved all the colors but the aqua Daphne chair is my favorite! It’s so shabby chic 🙂 Daphne was right–this is every girl’s dream chair!
Daphne is currently developing more products for her Furniture line so stay tuned for updates! You can find her Daphne chairs in Dimensione Boni High Street, Rockwell, and Greenbelt.
The Muji Spring/Summer
Collection 2012 Show
Our second affair for the evening was the Muji S/S 2012 Fashion Show which was held just inside the Muji store at The Fort. Muji showcased its clean, no frills, very Japanese collection for Spring/Summer. We spotted Brent Javier strutting his stuff too–he managed to keep his model pose despite our rowdy howls and cheers. Aside from clothes, Muji offers home products and travel essentials so it’s really a one-stop shop for high quality and functional finds in neutral tones. Dont laugh at me, but I love their brown notebooks and colored pens!!! It’s my big dream to have a closet filled with Muji school/office supplies! Gosh, I’m such a nerdy teacher! Hahaha 🙂 🙂
