Proverbs 31 Woman

I really believe that God’s provision does not only come in terms of finances and material blessings—but in my life, I’ve found that God provides and fills me by sending GOOD people my way. People who encourage, celebrate with you, grieve with you, laugh with you. At the peak of my hormational-ness (hormones and emotions raging like a wild river in my very pregnant bodehhhh) a couple of weeks back, I received a slightly hurtful comment relating to my pregnancy. Sa totoo lang, it was probably said without any tact and I’d like to believe the person didn’t mean to offend but it still pierced my heart a teeny tiny bit.  Despite the many changes I’ve been going through, this whole pregnancy has been such a delight to me, I’ve been floating on CLOUD 9 since the day we found out—so hearing something negative (even very small) really threw me off my HAPPY BUNTIS vibes. I was feeling a bit down that day.  While waiting for my turn at that doc’s clinic, I opened my inbox and got this heart-warming letter from a blog reader and now friend, Lorra Angbue-Te, filled with encouraging words, verses and this beautiful art work. It even has a gerbil mama and baby!!!! THAT’S ME and my BABY!!!! Hehehehe 🙂 Thank you Lorra for blessing me through your art and your words. The Proverbs 31 woman is indeed the kind of woman God wants us to be and the kind of woman I DREAM of becoming someday. And to all the other blog readers who have been sending me positive vibes through email, tweets, and IG—THANK YOU!!!! I love you all and I thank the Lord for each and every one of you 🙂 🙂 🙂
