Thanksgiving/Christmas Brunch at Antonio’s

To celebrate two of our favorite holidays in the year which fall just a few weeks apart from each other: Thanksgiving and Christmas, we planned something a bit more fancy than the usual food court/take out dates that we’ve grown accustomed to as a barkada. Believe it or not, I’ve NEVER been to Antonio’s ever! *Gasp* For some odd reason, each time we would make plans to dine in Antonio’s it would get rescheduled or moved due to bad weather or my work sched—and it would always end up on the “When will we ever meet?” list for several years now. So FINALLY after ten failed attempts, I made it to ANTONIO’S for our Bible Study Year Ender Brunch! And can I just say, it definitely lives up to all the HYPE. The ambiance, the service, the food—I give them all 5 stars! The atmosphere is relaxed, not at all stiff or too contrived..but because it’s just so darn pretty, you’ll definitely want to dress up a bit to enjoy it fully. It’s really expensive but it’s the type of luxury that you kind of surrender to, it’s more like a “fine, here’s my wallet! just take it, will you?!” because the food is really that good!:) Paminsan-minsan lang naman and with how hard we all work, it was a treat we really longed for 🙂 Allow me to share some photos from Stella’s point&shoot and my Smart iPhone 5s.

And since we dressed up a bit for this triple date, we decided to take advantage of the lush greens and ham it up for the camera! First shot in each frame is the “decent pang profile pic on Facebook” and the second shot is obviously an outtake.

While Sheila and Jorem were posing-posing for me—
two little monkeys were heckling them from upstairs! Hehehe 🙂
First photo of Julz and Stella: Aww, sweet…4 years of marriage…
Second photo: Sa sobrang halakhak ni Stella, she pushed Julz out of the frame! Hahahaha!
To the Catilos and Esquiviases, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for making 2013 a great year for me and Patrick. It has been wonderful walking alongside with you and your families throughout the year and we look forward to building more memories with you guys! I can’t wait for us to learn more about each other and from each other—and most especially, to learn more about God’s love through our weekly sessions. See you in January! Huhuhuhu, tears 🙂 🙂
